Role Details

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00 pm  

  • No weekends or public holidays!

  • Full time 38 hours per week.

  • Location:  Woolloomooloo, NSW

  • Australian Based Role

  • Successful applicants will need to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check  

About the Role

Are you a music lover with a knack for the finer details? We are looking for an operationally-minded team player to join our Direct-to-Customer (D2C) department. In this role, you’ll be the engine room of our artist stores, ensuring operational excellence across the board. You’ll thrive on variety, seamlessly multitasking between our Commercial Teams and Labels

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a role where your administrative expertise and passion for the industry truly shine. As a key support pillar for our teams, you will:

  • Manage the lifecycle of our products—from initial Shopify setup and merchandising to high-accuracy data entry and general admin.

  • Oversee critical stock outputs, including promotional orders, reservations, replenishment, and purchase order scheduling.

  • Work across various UMA brands and artist teams to drive departmental efficiency and support priority optimization projects.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by following up on daily reports and ensuring all tasks meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and ensuring total satisfaction across all projects.
