Job Summary**

As a Cyber Security Analyst at FLSmidth A/S, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets, systems, and data from cyber threats. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information.

Job Responsibilities**

* Monitor security systems and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls) for anomalies, security events, and potential threats.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents, determine root causes, and implement appropriate containment and remediation measures.
* Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on systems and applications to identify weaknesses and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in security awareness training initiatives for employees to foster a strong security culture.
* Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security controls for new and existing infrastructure.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance our security posture.
* Assist in incident response planning and execution, including forensic analysis and recovery efforts.
* Generate security reports and metrics to communicate the status of security operations to management.
* Evaluate and recommend new security solutions and technologies to improve our defense capabilities.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a cyber security role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

* Hands on experience with an ITSM Platform (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
* Solid understanding of common cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
* Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
* Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud security concepts (Azure, AWS).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCNA Security, CISSP associate) are a plus.
