Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner Senior - Clearance Required

• High School Diploma plus 6-13 years of relevant experience is required OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 3-10 years of relevant experience is required OR Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 3-8 years of relevant experience is required.

Experience:
-Defining and documenting a multi‑year cyber‑policy vision and strategy aligned with agency directives.
- building and maintaining quantitative metrics and interactive dashboards that track policy compliance and effectiveness.
- Authoring baseline policy documents that became the organization’s reference standards.
- Conducting gap analyses linking current capabilities to mission requirements and producing actionable policy briefs/white papers for senior leadership.
- Mentoring junior analysts on research methods, policy‑writing standards, and clearance handling while managing a version‑controlled policy library.
