The Opportunity:
Provides all source analysis expertise with a cyber focus in a high-demand complex environment to achieve DoD customer goals in Charlottesville, Virginia. This position supports a multi -INT fused team solving difficult problems that vary between projects, and includes long-term project efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide innovation and critical thinking skills to all customer problem sets. Expected to be able to expertly translate creative and critical thinking into written and oral forms.

  • Expertly find and fuse cyber intelligence information from all available intelligence disciplines.

  • Performs cyber data fusion by combining various types of data to create a product with an increased level of understanding of the targeted area than can be achieved with a single data source.

  • Identifies additional collection platforms and datasets that provide valuable insights or added value to the program's analysis.

  • Uses Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) techniques to mine large datasets for analytic leads and developmental opportunities.

  • Performs network or nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing cyber data from sources including but not limited to SIGINT, commercial databases, reporting, GEOINT analysis, and OSINT analysis.

  • Communicates requirements for collection and for large datasets to be developed technologists.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must possess current TS/SCI clearance.

  • Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence polygraph.

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5-10 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in working with, analyzing, and delivering cyber, network, or interconnected systems information.

  • Proven ability to adapt to complex technological topics.

  • Clear and effective written, visual, and oral communications skills.



Desired:

  • Intelligence experience in a fusion environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines' capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.

  • Ability to handle multiple eff orts simultaneously.

  • Analytic and technical collaboration and outreach experience.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
