YOUR ROLE
As a Senior/Principal Equipment Engineer, you will be involved in:
- Maintaining Equipment Reliability – Assist in carrying out equipment maintenance to ensure performance consistency and reduce equipment downtime.
- Equipment Efficiency Improvement – Assist to analyze equipment failure pareto and carry out effective planning for corrective and preventive measures to maintain high equipment reliability and efficiency improvement.
- Equipment Capacity Support – Assist to provide technical support on equipment capacity enhancement. Perform analysis, organize, and perform retrofits for equipment installation and relocation.
- Equipment Cost Reduction-Plan and implement equipment cost reduction projects.
- Update MDMS to document best practices.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum >5 years' direct experience working in CVD equipment and able to troubleshoot independently.
- In-depth knowledge in Applied Materials Producer SACVD, Centura HDP, DxZ and SACVD.
- Proven track record of downtime and cost reduction.
- Good knowledge of Risk Assessment, 8D, Ishikawa and FMEA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive learning attitude with strong sense of responsibility.
- Fast learner, independent and able to work in a cross functional team.
- Attention to details and self-driven.
- Works under minimum supervision.
- Able to work independently and cope with pressure.
