Summary

Ensures full legal compliance and oversees export administration in accordance with all applicable government regulations. Manages and executes mandatory ACE Electronic Export Information (ACE EEI) filings and secures appropriate licensing for all international shipments. Reviews contracts to verify required compliance clauses and identifies any omissions. Coordinates closely with internal teams, external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, and customs officials to ensure seamless logistics and shipment accuracy. Selects qualified carriers/forwarders and prepares all necessary documentation to support compliant and timely shipment of products.

Job Description

Experience

  • Experienced in Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) import and export processing system
  • Proficient in completing Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing
  • Proficient with business tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and productivity software preferred.

Typical Education and Experience

  • 3+ years processing international shipments
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
