Customer Support Representative ( 1-French & 1-German Speaking)

Blys is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative who is fluent in French and/or German to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and creating great service experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a professional and friendly manner
• Support French and/or German-speaking customers with bookings, questions, and issue resolution
• Provide accurate information about Blys services, policies, and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• Fluency in French or German is required; native-level proficiency is preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, call centre, or client service is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Patient, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage customer conversations effectively
• Candidates based in Nepal are preferred
