Responsibilities:

• Receive, validate, and process customer sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate same-day shipment requests and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate distribution and logistics priorities.
• Manage proforma invoices, triangular shipments, and subcontractor-related customer orders.
• Verify customer credit limits.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable regarding credit limits and open orders.
• Monitor order portfolio, shipment arrivals, and delivery schedules.
• Reconfirm delivery dates and maintain proactive customer communication.
• Issue and manage credit/debit notes and customer documentation.
• Provide required compliance and product-related documents to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree /equal qualification related field.
• Experience in Customer Service & Order Management.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential
• Hands on experiences in SAP HANA is an added advantage.
