CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your objective is to provide support to our Sales Agents in all offices before, during and after flights. You will be in charge of customer services to be provided to our clients in coordination with sales agents and providers, as well as of various projects such as catering requests, private chauffeurs, helicopter transfers, client support, etc.

You will provide the best choice of luxury services to our clientele, and your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Assist Sales Agents with reservations and information, attending to the wishes and requirements of our clients
• Acquire extensive knowledge of hotels, chauffeur services & catering providers in the world
• Arrange transportation, catering and other services upon request from the Sales Agents
• Anticipate clients’ needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience with personalized solutions
• Maintain and update the company’s database with the most up to date information
• Assist the Management with administrative tasks for the office smooth running
• Preserve positive ongoing relationships with our external partners and providers
• Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
• Represent the company with integrity and dedication

QUALIFICATIONS

• Perfect mastery of English (other languages will be a great asset)
• Flexible and willing to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive can-do attitude and strong team-player
• Understanding of the needs of the luxury market
