Responsibilities:

• Customer retention
• Meet with customers and assess their needs
• Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all products and services our clients offer
• Increases business results
• Keep accounts up-to-date

• Internship experience in a customer service and business-related field
• Interest in developing customer partnerships.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activity.
