Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Hauling site in Alexandria, LA.

• Schedule is Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m.

• Pay Range: $17-18/hr. depending on experience.

• On top of competitive pay, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1 up to 5%, vacation, and year-round work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.

• Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.

• Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume atmosphere

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Typing and 10-key skills are required

• Ability to analyze and solve problems. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
