Our client, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies is currently seeking several Customer Service Representatives for their Mason, OH location.

DUTIES: 
Receive and place telephone calls, emails and faxes. Perform data entry and use software programs.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures. 
Documentation abilities to capture details of customer interactions. Ability to work with team metrics and meet/exceed them. \
Previous experience desired, call center environment, solid interpersonal customer service and interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior Reimbursement (Billing/Collection) experience preferred
PC Skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Self-starter and team player
Focus on quality and service
Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a heavy workload
Integrity to handle sensitive or confidential information is critical.

SHIFT:
Must be available between the hours of operation, need to be very flexible as the shift will be assigned to the contractor (need to be available 7 days a week between the hours of 6:00 am-10:00 pm) 
Training is the first 5 weeks of the class 
Site is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. Most shift are 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Weekend work expected
