Customer Service Representative

TSH is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative. Customer Service Representative is to distribute the freight acquisition prescribed as Northbound through daily driver contact and interaction via phone or email. Acquisition of freight with current customer base.

• Daily driver contact.
• Rate negotiation.
• Working with Nashville Truck Group to distribute to desired location.
• Update Laredo Driver Board
• Ensuring the pickup and delivery of scheduled loads.
• Maintain International Load Status integrity
• Assist in updating customer website portals on pickup and delivery times.
• Growing TSH presence with current customer base.
• Growing new accounts prescribed as Northbound.
• Entering and dispatching loads.
• Coordinate and prepare transload sheets
• Managing customer’s relationships i.e. consulting when our drivers have service failures, consulting when customers have failures and detention time or layover pay is needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Electronic scanning, indexing & maintaining of company documents
• Assists department and management with various reports, administrative needs & phone coverage
• Secondary: Brokering freight.
• Secondary: Backup support for Southhbound Customer Service Rep and Brokerage

Sales

• Natural extension of our MX Freight Operations Department
• Responsible for prospecting based on trends in load data, commodity trends, and new facilities launching.
• Responsible for handling of leads given by owner operators.
• Account Rep then begins to build rapport with drivers by daily contact via phone and emails
