Customer Service Representative

Culligan Consumer Products Ireland, a leader in the water treatment, is seeking a customer-focused and reliable Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance across our range of water treatment services and solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues, managing service bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and with empathy via phone, email, or CRM platforms.
• Manage service bookings and product orders, including routing vans and coordinating with field technicians.
• Process customer accounts, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Promote and upsell appropriate services and products where relevant.
• Collaborate with other teams (Service, Sales, Finance) to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and CRM system use.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution quality, and service accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Book in Installation & Services and routing vans.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
