Bob Weaver Auto is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time employment, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced dealership where you'll help create an outstanding experience for our customers.

As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll play an important role in supporting both our Sales and Service Departments.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Assist customers during check-in and check-out
• Process payments and cashier transactions
• Support Service Advisors with customer communication and administrative tasks
• Coordinate loaner vehicles, rentals, and transportation as needed
• Scan documents, enter data, and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with the Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting teams

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, receptionist, administrative, or dealership experience is a plus
• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
• Team player with a positive attitude

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Part-Time

• Flexible weekday and Saturday hours available.
• We'll work with qualified candidates to create a schedule that meets both your availability and our business needs.
