Customer Service Rep(04244) - 135 Madison Road

We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in person,  in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently
• Identify and escalate complex issues to managment
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Achieve performance targets and quality assurance standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of our products or services is a plus
