• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required
• Contribute to creating a positive customer experience through friendly and professional interactions

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
