Customer Service Engineer (客服工程師)

維佳(VitalAire)為法國液空集團(Air Liquide)成立的醫療事業單位，致力於提供專業醫護人員及患者全方位的呼吸照護方案。我們有專業的工程師、業務團隊及全台北中南之特約合作護理所團隊，提供病患從呼吸相關機器挑選、試用、諮詢及客製化服務，達到改善患者生活與支援醫護人員之目的。因應持續成長，維佳(VitalAire)正尋找客服工程師，負責居家照護設備的安裝、保養、維護等工作。

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

- 執行居家照護設備的交機與安裝作業
- 執行居家照護設備的維護與保養作業
- 執行居家照護病患合約管理、退租與續約的相關作業
- 配合核對應收帳款與庫存管理
- 其他主管交辦事項

Are you a MATCH?

- 需自備汽車及駕照（依里程補貼）
- 需有高度的機動性，需配合出差至客戶端
- 需能配合on-call。
