We are on the lookout for candidates who are:

• At least a high school graduate, college undergraduate, or graduate

• Must have at least 2 years BPO experience - preferably in Escalation or Customer Complaint

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Willing to work onsite in Makati
