About the role

MSS Security is seeking Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport in a permanent part time position. In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal

• Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently

• Maintain a high standard of customer service

• Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.

Requirements:

• Full Australian working rights

• Valid Driver's license

• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotational roster.

• Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing)

• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
