Customer Care/ Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Care, Sales Support Representative to join our team. What You’ll Do

· Be the friendly first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and chat

· Collaborate with drivers, sales reps, warehouse staff, and office teammates to get

the job done right

· Help new customers get set up and comfortable with our services

· Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a problem-solving mindset

· Stay up to date on our products and share your knowledge

What We’re Looking For

· Strong communication and people skills

· Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and PDF tools (and quick to learn new software)

· Detail-oriented, independent, and able to keep calm under pressure—bonus points for a great sense of humor
