In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role focuses on maintaining the balance between innovation and practical delivery, fostering collaboration among team members, and aligning technical solutions with overarching business goals to achieve scalable and efficient outcomes.

- Lead efforts to continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new technologies that enhance project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Snowflake Schema, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Experience in creating and optimizing complex data models for performance and scalability.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective data architecture solutions.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and schema design best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
