As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality are prioritized throughout the project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
