Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps Architecture, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their integration within DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient system architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Competence in monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of distributed systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
