Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering collaboration and driving progress throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom integrations and applications using Workday Studio.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Workday environment.
- Familiarity with application configuration, deployment processes, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
