Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various business requirements and designing solutions that align with client needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall performance and user experience. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and delivering reliable software solutions is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing data validation and workflow rules within SAP MDG.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data replication and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver platform and related middleware components.
- Competence in customizing SAP MDG user interfaces and enhancing user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
