Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires managing project tasks independently while serving as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software applications within customer experience platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application configuration and deployment.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
