As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and efficient. Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, while also adapting to any changes in requirements or technology.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
