Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client requirements, write and refine code to build robust software, and conduct thorough testing to ensure quality. Your work includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new features across multiple client projects. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of your daily routine, ensuring that software solutions meet client expectations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, API Testing.
- Strong experience in automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting issues in complex software environments.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
