As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with teams to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the software delivered is scalable, efficient, and aligned with unique business requirements. This position demands continuous collaboration and innovation to meet evolving project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Schema, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and schema design.
- Experience in optimizing data structures for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
