Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to application design, and ensuring that the developed software effectively supports business operations. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine project goals and work towards delivering high-quality, customized applications that enhance overall efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of software applications tailored to business needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization through software enhancements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience with requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of software applications within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in UKG Pro.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
