Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. The role includes applying a broad understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business goals and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software design and technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software systems to enhance performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and client-side development.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
