Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their integration and contribution to project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise planning environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning concepts as they relate to software applications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
