Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of system design and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and data flow management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
