As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and experience in developing end-to-end test scripts.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and version control systems to support efficient development workflows.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to contribute effectively in team environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
