Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging modular design principles and advanced integration methods to support and guide Application Development Teams. The role emphasizes adopting a cloud-first and mobile-first approach to deliver innovative solutions. Working within an Agile framework, the engineer collaborates across various projects, balancing different scopes and scales to maximize value and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and technical requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing modular software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and mobile application development strategies.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile development environments.
- Competence in integrating diverse systems using next-generation techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
