Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data workflows and integration.
- Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and data replication techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system requirements and optimize data governance solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
