Summary:

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve application architecture and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Experience with system integration and application configuration to support complex business workflows.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
