As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, followed by designing tailored software solutions that align with these requirements. The role includes analyzing existing processes, proposing enhancements, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support organizational goals. This position requires continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to refine application designs and contribute to the overall success of the project through thoughtful planning and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to review and improve software design and functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.
- Experience in integrating artificial intelligence capabilities within enterprise software environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Gen AI Hub.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
