Apply to this jobWe are seeking a Custom NPI Project Manager to lead Arm-based RISC computing platform products, including modules, SBCs, and embedded systems. The role is responsible for product planning, NPI execution, and lifecycle management.
External: During project life, he/she will need to directly communicate with Regional Offices and Customers. Concall or Face to Face Meeting will be conducted in English.
Internal: The NPI PM (PjM) will lead function teams (including but not limiting to RD, Factory, RBU, PUR, Lab..) for a successful project in terms of (1) Cost (2) Schedule and (3) Quality.
You will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and global teams to deliver reliable, low-power computing solutions for industrial automation, Edge AI, IoT, and smart applications, and play a key role in shaping the future of Edge AI and next-generation intelligent computing.
【Responsibilities】
- Project management of board/system development with customers, R&D, suppliers, and other function teams
- Scope and schedule management
- Lead concall or meetings among customers and function teams in English on a regular basis
- Cost management and cost reduction initiatives at design and sustaining stages
【Qualifications】
- Experiences on RISC (ARM) solutions.
- Working experience in Industrial PC or Consumer/Commercial PC industry for 5 years+.
- Project Manager, Product Manager, Account Manager, or Sales working experience.
- Presentation skills and good communication in English.
- Leadership and self-driven.
- Systematic and critical thinking.
