Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively address business requirements. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions that align with organizational goals. The position requires thoughtful planning and strategic thinking to ensure that the software architecture supports both current and future business needs, while maintaining robustness and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing custom application architectures within SAP environments.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring security compliance in software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in custom software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
