Job description

The Learning Lab’s internship gives top students the chance to gain an insight into the education sector and the corporate world. It provides an excellent sandwich period, during term breaks and before they continue with their tertiary studies in Singapore or overseas.

Who we look for

We invite individuals with a strong foundation in Mathematics and a flair for designing educational materials to intern with our Mathematics Curriculum Unit.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and develop content for our Primary/Secondary Mathematics curriculum.
  • Create questions, research for information and write model solutions
  • Create teaching slides and interactive activities
  • Create and upload online learning materials (videos, notes etc) onto the TLL online learning platform.
  • Provide administrative support to the Mathematics Curriculum Unit.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.



Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate candidate with an excellent academic track record in Math
  • Experience in and a good understanding of the MOE and/or international school curriculum
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including inputting equations and drawing of diagrams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines and work well independently.
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months.
