Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Participant in the Accenture Co-Op Analyst Program in 2026

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) no later than December 2027

Preferred Qualifications:

Advisory

  • Business & Industry Acumen: Demonstrated knowledge of consulting, strategy, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business analysis, process improvement, organizational design, or related disciplines through coursework, internships, or project experience.

  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems using data, quantitative methods, digital tools, and emerging technologies, with experience or interest in areas such as analytics, visualization, programming, engineering, design, or technology-enabled transformation.

  • Communication & Leadership Potential: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

English is required for these positions as these roles will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

This role involves working in person—either at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers—so you can collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with teammates and clients.

Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
