Salesforce Project Manager

In this role, you will:

You are the driving force behind successful project delivery - You lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

You build and maintain strong client relationships - You engage with stakeholders, set expectations, and act as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.

You ensure seamless collaboration across teams - You work closely with Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth execution, identifying risks and mitigating challenges proactively.

You bring structure to complex processes -You define project roadmaps, establish clear milestones, and manage project documentation to keep everyone aligned.

You champion Salesforce best practices - You ensure solutions follow industry standards, security compliance, and user-friendly design to drive adoption.

You lead with confidence and clarity - You provide clear direction, support your team, and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

It’s great if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, including end-to-end implementations.
• Possess strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
• Have hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Are proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other project tracking tools.
• Can manage multiple stakeholders, including executives, business teams, and technical teams.
• Have experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange solutions, and Salesforce best practices.
• Excel at problem-solving and proactively mitigating risks.

Even more better if you:

• Hold a Salesforce PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certification.
• Have experience with MuleSoft, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud implementations.
