Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

CTS Apps Support:

• Develop expertise in a particular technical area and be able to guide the project team to provide effective solutions.
• Guide and help the project team, in application development / support / enhancements / bug-fixing.
• Analyze and document different approaches to solving technical problems or providing business solutions.
• Demonstrate Good understanding of the Functional aspects of the application.
•  Prepare high quality test plans and help APS team to conduct the tests at Unit and Functional level.
• Technical review of the tasks.
• Escalation of problems to local Management.
•  Meeting deadlines deliverables. Keeping Project Manager appraised of issues that affect the project and the deliverables of the project
•  Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software delivery life-cycle and day to day support work.
•  Look to build strong relationships users and various stakeholders.
• Comply with the Banks internal policy and regulation.

Technical knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Project Management and CTS banking applications.
• Experience in providing effective inputs for IT Budget, Project Management, Capacity Planning, IT Audits, Reporting and Producing Dashboard.
• Excellent teamwork and client service skills.
• Clear, concise and professional written communication skills.
• Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups and/or boards and employees.
• Write reports, correspondence, and other required documentation.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Self-dependent, creative, proactive, fast learner, strict and good sense of organization.

Preferred Industry/Domain Experience:

•  3-4 years of experience in CTS and Clearing House applications.
•  Banking domain Experience is highly advantageous.
•  Basic knowledge or SQL Server and Oracle Databases.

Scope of Role

• The CTS team lead delivers an expert level of support to business to bridge the gap between NPCI and business by following below mentioned basic ideologies:
•  Lead and guide the team in providing solutions to complex problems in optimal manner using legacy as well as latest tools and technology on several banking applications.
• To provide an expert level of support to business to bridge the gap between NPCI and business.
•  To liaison with various stakeholders and other service vendors in providing seamless quality CTS support delivery on time.
•  Work as a solution provider in improving customer experience using technology.

Education Background:

• Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (3 years).
