Crossborder P&R CSC Ops Manager - C12 – BOGOTA

Job Profile

To enhance the efficiency, security, and scalability of Domestic Payment operations in Latam through continuous process improvement, optimization and the implementation of the strategic initiatives with Non-Tech dependencies. By leveraging process reengineer, data analysis, workflows optimization, smart automation solutions, streamlining target operational models and cross functional collaboration. We aim ensure seamless, cost-effective, healthy control & risk environment, and compliant domestic payment processing that support the Global TTS Ops’s financial objectives and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1.Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in Latam. Drive process transformation initiatives for Crossborder Payments across multiples geographies and ICG functions, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with Domestic Payment Global objectives.

2.Oversee productivity non-Tech book of work. Manage the productivity pipeline, establishing priorities, setting timelines, and tracking key deliverables to ensure project milestone are met efficiently.

3.Develop strategic business cases. Prepare detailed business cases for Crossborder Payments proposed transformation, utilizing financial modeling to project impacts, costs, and other financial ratios, and present these to Global/Regional SLTs.

4.Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Compile, analyses, and interpret financial data to inform decision-making, highlighting areas for optimization and strategic investment.

5.Prepare SLT material, documentation, and executive presentations.  Develop high-impact presentations for SLTs consolidating financial insights, strategic progress updates, and key performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

6.Ensure all process transformation adhere to corporate Target Operational Model and regulatory standards, embedding appropriate risk management controls to safeguard the organization.

7.Act as the Crossborder Payment liaison between ICG/TTS functions, fostering transparency, and ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned on project goals and Global Domestic Payment strategy.

8.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress. Monitoring KPIs for key Crossborder Payment strategic initiatives, track progress rigorously, and communicate result regularly to Global/Regional SLT to demonstrate impact and benefits.

9.Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, stay abreast of global best practices, and lead effort to integrate innovative solutions across projects and business functions.

10.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and nurture partnership with cross-functional and regional teams, ensuring consistent collaboration, alignment on objectives and negotiation on priorities.

11.Serve as a central communication point, preparing and delivering regional presentations that articulate strategic goals, project updates, and process improvements in a clear, impactful manner.

12.Facilitate cross-regional workshops and meetings. Organize and lead workshops that encourage regional/global input, generate innovate solutions and foster a collaborative approach to process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a related cash and trade operations management role
  • Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities tailored
  • Superior verbal, written, and executive communication skills, with proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders across diverse functions and geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and translate complex financial and operational data operations into actionable strategic insights.
  • English is required for regional/global communication.                  
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, business intelligence platforms) and presentation software.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
