Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to Croatian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their travel needs.
• Handle booking inquiries, cancellations, and modifications efficiently while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Offer knowledgeable advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and relevant travel regulations.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the support system.
• Collaborate with various teams and travel partners to facilitate smooth operations and resolutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support, especially related to the travel industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a dedication to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems is an advantage.
