Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone in Croatian.
• Assist users with account inquiries, content exploration, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, subscriptions, and billing.
• Document customer interactions and solutions for accurate tracking and improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer challenges efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest platform features, content releases, and industry trends to enhance support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially within technology or streaming services, is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
