Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation process for Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring all needs and requirements are met.
• Conduct in-depth training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills to utilize the software effectively.
• Engage with clients to gather specifications and customize solutions according to their business needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
• Provide post-implementation support to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes based on client feedback and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is required, with English proficiency considered an advantage.
• Experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Familiarity with software deployment methods and tools is a plus.
