Responsibilities

• Assist Croatian-speaking clients in discovering our product offerings and provide tailored recommendations based on their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and assist in closing sales opportunities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.
• Stay updated on product developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or product consultancy is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to build rapport with clients.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to helping clients achieve their goals through effective product solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
